Step-by-step
In order for Atomus Shield to function properly on your macOS device, it needs full disk access permissions. Follow the steps below or watch the video to grant the permissions on your device.
- Open System Preferences and click on Security & Privacy.
- On the toolbar at the top of the screen, select Privacy.
- In the list of services, scroll down and click on Full Disk Access.
- Click the lock that says Click the lock to make changes in the bottom lefthand corner of the window, and authenticate the request using your touch id or your password.
- You should see atomus-shield in the list of apps displayed, check the box next to it and click the lock again to prevent further changes.
