Want to make sure that your mac is Aegis ready? Follow these steps, and your machine will be ready to have Atomus Aegis installed.
💡 The below steps show instructions for macOS Ventura.
The same process can be followed for macOS Sonoma, macOS Monterey or macOS Sequoia. Simply install the preferred macOS app instead in step 2.
Prepare your Mac OS machine for Aegis Onboarding.
1. Create a different section on your Mac using the video below.
2. Download the "macOS Ventura" or your preferred macOS App from App Store like in the video below.
3. Install the "macOS Ventura" or your preferred macOS App downloaded from the App Store to "Aegis HD" like in the video below.
After the above step is complete, you are ready for onboarding!
4. Please make sure you have the organizational Apple Email ID and Password with you before you restart the machine. Once you are sure, please restart the machine, and set up your machine like you would normally, and you will end up on a fresh MacOS setup.
5. Please use your organizational Apple ID to set up the system.
6. Download the Aegis application from the link provided in the email, install and run the application, and make sure everything is set up as shown in the instructions then.
