This is a guide for any users that are looking to download applications for their MacOS devices from a managed Apple ID but can’t seem to from the app store.

The company administrator is the only user who can purchase apps from the Apple App Store and assign them to end users.
Please contact your company administrator if you want an application downloaded to your MacOS device.
For company administrators who would like to download applications for their organization, follow these steps.
- Purchase the specific number of licenses for the application you would like to download for your organization from business.apple.com.
- After those licenses are procured, go into endpoint.microsoft.us to assign these applications to the correct group of users who need these applications.
