Deleting a non-Aegis Partition on MacOS

Phase 1 - Making sure your Mac boots to Aegis by Default

Go into "System Preferences" on your MacOS device.
Then select "Startup Disk" from the System Preferences menu.
Click on the lock and enter in your password to change your startup disk.
Click on the "Aegis HD" Volume (or whatever you named your Aegis Drive), and restart your computer. This step ensures that your computer will boot into Aegis HD every time by default. You can now close "System Preferences"

Phase 2 - Deleting the Mac Partition

Now, search for the application "Disk Utility" and open the application.
On the left-side column, you are going to see a list of volumes, locate the volume you would like to delete. This volume is usually located in the "Internal" section of the left-side column and called "Macintosh HD" or "Mac HD". This is the original volume of your Mac.
Click the "unmount" button in the top section of the Disk Utility application for the volume you would like to delete. Once the disk is unmounted, move to step 4.
Go back to the left-side column and right click on the volume you would like to delete, then in the dropdown menu select "Erase..."
The volume will then erase from the column, however it will still be visible.
Click on the volume you just erased.
Locate the "Volume" tab in the top section of the Disk Utility application, there should be a
"+" button and "-" button above it.
Click the "-" button.
The machine will then ask "Delete volume "[volume name]"? Press the red delete button.
Wait until the machine has completed the procedure.
Click "done".
