Mobile: Register Your Device with Microsoft

This guide walks you through the steps to register your mobile device (iOS/Android) with your organization's Microsoft environment (~ 5 mins). 



Once the [Atomus] Block mobile access outside of Microsoft apps policy is applied, unregistered phones will lose access to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Register your phone now to retain access.

 

Mobile Registration Steps

  1. Make sure to download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone if not present.

  2. Open the Authenticator app on your phone → Click the three lines in the top left corner

  3. Select Settings tab on left window

  4. Click Device Registration under Work or School Account

    Note: If your device already shows as registered with your organization, no further action is needed. If it does not, proceed with the registration steps below.

  5. Select Register Device

  6. Enter your organization email and click Register device → Login to your Microsoft account

 Your mobile device should now be successfully registered to your organization.
